Do your tours go inside any attractions, such as the Castillo?
No. We will walk by many of them.
What happens if it rains?
It rains in St. Augustine, sometimes a lot. Tours operate rain or shine. We suggest an umbrella, just in case. In the event of a dangerous
My plans have changed can I get a refund?
Once purchased our tickets are not refundable. You may, however, reschedule for another time.
Do you have Groupon or discounts available?
No, we do not. Ours are not discount tours. These are unique, one of a kind experiences crafted for your entertainment and enlightenment.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes. Our online tour booking closes as it is close to tour time and we’d hate for you to miss out on a fun time.

I'm really not sure about tipping. How do I know what to tip my guide?
Tipping your tour guide is not mandatory, but tips are graciously accepted if you have enjoyed your tour.
Normal tipping for a tour guide is the same as a server.
If you like, we give you the option to tip on your credit card before the tour.
Do you want to tip your guide? Just text, call, or email and we can add it to your credit card that you booked with.
You can also leave a tip on the bottom of the homepage via Venmo.
